John F. Kennedy Center

Grace

Ford’s Theatre will be showing Grace from March 18–May 14. It features an “eclectic mix of styles including jazz, R&B, rousing up-tempos and raise-the-roof ballads” and was created by composer Nolan Williams Jr.

Mariinsky Ballet

The ballet company will be at the Kennedy Center from April 26–May 1. The company will be performing Jewels, which, according to the description, is “one of George Balanchine’s best-loved ballets in Russia.”

Mean Girls

The popular Broadway musical will be playing at the Kennedy Center through April 24. The musical runs 2 hours and 30 minutes, and ticket prices range from $45–$199.

Much Ado About Nothing

This popular work by Shakespeare will be playing at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in downtown Washington, D.C., from April 21–May 22. The production will feature a modern twist on the story. Tickets run from $35–$120.

She Loves Me

This romantic musical comedy will be featured at the Signature Theatre in Arlington, Virginia, from March 1–April 24.

Washington Capitals

The Washington Capitals hockey team plays at Capital One Arena, a short walk from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, on April 24, against the Toronto Maple Leafs and on April 26 against the New York Islanders.

Washington Nationals

The Washington Nationals baseball team will play at Nationals Park against the Arizona Diamondbacks April 18–21, against the San Francisco Giants April 22–24, and against the Miami Marlins April 26–28.
