This shopping area is located along New York Avenue NW and features many shops and restaurants as well as office and living spaces. Shops include high-end retailers like Burberry, Bulgari, David Yurman, Dior, Gucci, Kate Spade, Longchamp, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, and more.

Eastern Market

Eastern Market is a popular shopping destination in the Capitol Hill area, featuring markets with a variety of food products and more. Eastern Market has been operating for more than 100 years and has both indoor and outdoor stalls.

Georgetown

The Georgetown Park and downtown Georgetown areas include many shopping opportunities on and around M Street NW. The area features popular shops as well as boutiques and local shops.

Old Town Alexandria

Located just outside of D.C., across the Potomac River in Virginia, Old Town Alexandria features galleries, boutiques, and other stores. Visitors can shop for clothes, jewelry, food, and more. The area also has many restaurants, events and activities, and beautiful views of the waterfront.

Tanger Outlets and National Harbor

The Tanger Outlets are 20 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., in Oxon Hill, Maryland, in an area called National Harbor. Stores include Calvin Klein, H&M, J.Crew, Tommy Hilfiger, Steve Madden, White House Black Market, Samsonite, Pandora, Michael Kors, Gap, and more. Visitors may also want to check out other shops in the National Harbor area, as well as the many dining options, the Capital Wheel, the MGM National Harbor Casino, and a marina and waterfront area.

Tysons Corner

Located outside of the city in Virginia, the Tysons Corner area has much to offer. There are two shopping malls in this area: Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria. Tysons Corner Center features dozens of stores, including large department stores like Macy’s, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s. Tysons Galleria features high-end stores including Cartier, Chanel, Gucci, Lilly Pulitzer, Neiman Marcus, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, and more.
