should be sent separately by regular mail).
on Mac or IBM-compatible computer
disk by regular mail.
as standard typewritten, double-spaced
manuscript.
Color prints and original illustrations are preferred;
35-mm slides are acceptable.
Computer images of at least 266-dpi resolution in
EPS, TIFF, or PSD format are acceptable.
Captions should be included for all photos and illustrations.
